Creativity, Work And Your Inner Voice

Scott Berkun talks about listening to your inner voice as a way of developing creative projects that have a real meaning to you, allowing you to get through the hurdles that will always appear.

He makes the point that starting to capture these inner conversations – through words or drawings or whatever – is a good start, even if they might seem a little fragile or crazy to start with. In time they may amplify and coalesce into something doable.

Say yes to your own voice, no-one else can do that for you!

You often hear that listening actively to others is important for productive conversations. Listening to yourself is just as important, as well as totally unique – you can’t have that conversation with anyone else!
